How to sign in and payment
Evening and weekend courses
In order to enroll on a course 2 things has to be done:
Send an e-mail to rebecca@dkibenelux.org with your name, chosen language and level(and possibly a phone number).
Then the course has to be paid to the account of the Danish Cultural Institute: 310-0143310-30 ING (SWIFT: BB RUBEBB 100, IBAN BE 153 100 1433 1030) stating your name, chosen language and level.
Payment has to be done before course start unless other agreements with the school.
Prices
Level 1 evening course, normal course (2 lessons 1 time a week for 28 weeks): 480 € excl. material (1 lesson= 45 minutes)
Level 1 evening course, intensive course (4 lessons 1 time a week for 14 weeks): 580 € excl. material (1 lesson= 45 minutes)
Level 1 Saturday course (4 lessons for 14 weeks): 580 € excl. material (1 lesson= 45 minutes)
Level 2, 3, 4 and conversation course ( 2 lessons 1 time a week for 28 weeks) : 480 € excl. material (1 lesson= 45 minutes)
Material costs
Depending on the language 30 to 90 €.
Conditions
Cancellation and refunds
The following conditions apply if the course participant is unable to take part in the course:
In case of cancellation up to ten days prior to the start of the course the course fee is refunded.
In case of cancellation or withdrawal after the course starts, no refund can be issued.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
If the Scandinavian language school cancels a course the full course fee will be reimbursed.
The contractually binding fee is the fee stated in the price list current at the time of application.
Books must be purchased separately, unless else is stated
Change in schedule
The school can change the schedule 1 week prior to the starting date, but students are allowed to get 100 % refund if they are not able to participate.
Private lessons
The teacher is always a native speaking teacher.
Books and material costs are not included in the price.
Lessons must be paid in advance via our bank account:

a proof of payment must be shown at the first lesson to the teacher or the lesson has to be paid in cash before it starts.
Prepayment is only valid 6 months : no refund will be done after this.
Cancellation : the lesson must be cancelled within 24 hours to Rebecca /DKI by phone/the teachers before the agreed lesson starts - if not, the lesson will be charged for.
No show - if the person arrives later than 15 minutes the lesson must be paid for and the remaining time will be counted from the originally starting time.
