Enrolment and payment


In order to enrol on a course 2 things has to be done:

  • Send an e-mail to info@scandinavianschool.be with your name, language and any preliminary knowledge. Enrolment has to be made at the latest 10 days before the course begins.
  • Please transfer the fee to the account of the Danish Cultural Institute: 310-0143310-30 ING, (SWIFT: BB RUBEBB 100, IBAN BE 153 100 1433 1030) mentioning your name, address, phone number, the language and level.
    A receipt for the payment must be provided when beginning the course.

Fee, normal course Autumn 2009 (22X 2 lessons): 330 € excl. materials. (1 lesson= 45 minutes)

Fee, intensive courses (10 X 4 lessons): 380 € excl. materials . (1 lesson= 45 minutes)

Material costs

Danish books (Multimediedansk)) : to be confirmed

Norwegian books (Ny i Norge): 74 €s(text book and working book included)

Swedish book(Svensk Utifrån): 25 €(text book)

Icelandic books: 68 € (text book and writing book included)

 

Conditions

•  Our courses are designed for adult learners.

•  Terms of Payment

•  The course fee is payable on enrolment. We accept cash or transfer to our banc account 310-0143310-30 ING . The transfer has to be put with full name, language to be studied and level. If full payment is not received by the due date (5 days before course starts) the participant loses the right to participate.

•  Course fees

•  The contractually binding fee is the fee stated in the price list current at the time of application.

•  Unless stated otherwise books must be purchased separately. See website for prices.

•  Cancellation and refunds

•  The following conditions apply if the course participant is unable to take part in the course:
In case of cancellation up to ten days prior to the start of the course the course fee is refunded less 20 % of the course fee.
In case of cancellation or withdrawal after the course starts, no refunds can be issued.

•  Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

•  If the Scandinavian language school cancels a course the full course fee will be reimbursed.

•  Change of Course

•  An administrative fee of £5 will be charged to transfer a student to a different class from the one originally booked.

•  Course level assignment / class size/ change in schedule
